By accessing or using devgizmo.co.uk (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

DevGizmo provides free, browser-based tools for software developers, electronics engineers, and technical hobbyists. All tool logic runs entirely in your browser; no server processing of your inputs takes place.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities or circumvent any security measures on the Site
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent
  • Transmit any code, files, or programs intended to interrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware

4. Intellectual Property

All content on DevGizmo — including but not limited to the source code, tool logic, blog articles, design, graphics, and trade marks — is the property of Logic Labs Consulting Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may share links to DevGizmo pages and quote brief excerpts from blog articles for commentary or educational purposes, provided you clearly attribute DevGizmo as the source. You may not republish full articles or tool implementations without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the use of the tools will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Site will be corrected
